Please do not make a request if you cannot proceed with paymentI do offer split payments but has to be over 50% for me to consider starting. I do not accept any payments without me explicitly confirming your commissionThe only currency I accept is GBP£III. Extra feeswill be discussed and can be negotiatedDepending on either it being emotes or character sheet.Prices can increase if design is heavily detailed, large propsIV. Revisions and DeliveryYou will receive a sketch of the commission where you have the opportunity to request any changes and edits, as well as to check if I have not fully fulfilled the enquiryi will not add anything or change things if not addressed in prior commission requestThe turnaround for these does depend on size and request, usually 2-3 weeksCommissioned work is delivered through email (outlook, gmail, etc)v . Copyrights and general usageSignatures:the artworks will have a subtle signature that you are not allowed to removeAn extra watermark will be added when it is posted on my social mediaEmotes are the exception to these where you will be provided a water mark free version.As the artist, I:Retain all copyright over the commissioned work,have the right to reject any order that i do not feel comfortable withcan cancel a commission and offer a refund if i am unable to complete the order for personal reasons,Can post the final version of the drawing on my social media and use it as a sample for my commissions,will not further profit from the commissioned artIf you do not want me to share your commission publicly, it must be stated ahead of timeThe buyer is allowed to :Use work for personal useUse art to promote themselves on social media, including streamingprint the artwork for personal use - as long as they're not making monetary gains off the work, they are free to make prints, stickers, etc. for themselves and/ or friendsYou do not need to tag me every time you post the artwork (but obviously appreciated), But please makre sure the credits are easily accessible to viewers.VI. Commercial usageCommissioning me for an artwork doesn't grant the buyer rights to further monetize my work. (this does not include streaming)VII. Cacellations and refund policyI do not accept refunds - a cancellation of a commission will not be accepted if the payment has already been made.If you file a chargeback against me, your rights to the commissioned work will be retracted. Also you will be also be blacklisted and prohibited from commissioning me ever again. Your name will also be made public as a warning to others in the community.Refund will only be allowed if i personally cannot complete your commission in the time stated.
If the sketch for the commission has already been completed, only a partial refund may be claimed.I do allow final payment delays if its a valid reason and in a timeframe appropriate.Any breaches to these terms or copyright infringement will result in the commissioners loss of all right to the commissioned work.
If he rights to the work are retracted from the buyer, I have the right to resell and further profit off of the work however I want to.
